With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Stephanie Dank brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and a genuine passion for property to her role as Agency Manager and Head of Property Management at Explore Property Townsville City.

Overseeing both the day-to-day operations of the agency and the Property Management department, Stephanie takes a hands-on approach to ensuring owners and tenants receive a high standard of service. From tenancy management and legislative compliance through to maintenance, financial oversight and supporting her Property Management team, she is actively involved in all aspects of the portfolio.

Stephanie understands that an investment property is a significant asset and believes successful property management comes down to clear communication, attention to detail and being proactive rather than reactive. She prides herself on building strong relationships with property owners and providing straightforward, practical advice to help protect their investment and achieve the best possible outcome.

Her extensive background in real estate also gives Stephanie a broader understanding of the property journey, allowing her to support the agency's sales and property management teams while ensuring the business continues to operate smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and her much-loved sausage dogs.
